Powerkite Level 1

Harness the power of the wind in the adrenaline pumping experience of power kiting. This unique course from Paracademy bring you into the world of power kiting, giving you the chance to get to grips with flying a range of power kites that will give you the foundation to any and all of the power kite sports. No need for waves, complicated equipment, months of practice - you just need the wind and a high performance power kite.

Your introduction to a range of power kites, how to fly them and how to use the power, plus of course all those necessary safety bits and pieces. During the course we will teach you how to fly both two and four line foils, the right conditions to take them out in and all the different land based sports you can enjoy them with. This full day course will also introduce you to the traction kite delights of 'skudding' and 'foot-skiing' and if you don't know what they are come along and find out!

Much more detailed than the introductory session, this course will get you to the level where you are a very competent pilot who could then go into any of the other disciplines with ease.
